I am so excited to be celebrating one year of helping women enjoy happier and healthier pregnancies! I have been blessed to be part of more than 50 pregnancies in this community over the past year. More women are understanding the value of improving their health through nutrition, exercise, and chiropractic care and the positive influence it has on their children and their family’s future generations. Did you know that research has shown that your lifestyle choices will influence the seven generations after you? I believe by supporting women and providing them with education and resources we will set them up for success from the start.
I offer consultations for those who are wanting to become pregnant, are currently expecting, or who have recently delivered a baby.
