If you need to reschedule your massage service, please call the office at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) are subject to a $30 re-booking fee.
Missed appointments are subject to the full cost of your scheduled massage service.
You may avoid re-booking fees and/or charges if you reschedule and receive your missed massage service within one (1) week of your late cancellation.
Massage Etiquette & Policies
- A 1-hour session includes 50 minutes of hands-on time and 10 minutes for consultation and dressing, which occurs pre and post-service. A 1/2-hour session includes 25-minutes of hands-on time and 5 minutes of consultation, which occurs pre and post-service.
- It’s helpful to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
- Be sure to speak up. All aspects of your massage can be modified to your taste: the amount of light, the kind (or absence) of music, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy your massage in silence. Also, if you want your therapist to give you a deeper massage or be more gentle, please let her know.
- If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, first tell the massage therapist. If her response isn’t helpful, please speak to the receptionist at the front desk or Dr. Weisel, if he is available.
