About Dr. Hatcher
Dr. Mark Hatcher received his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University after completing a liberal arts education at Wabash College in Indiana. He completed a residency in Emergency medicine through Summa Health System in Akron. Mark has practiced medicine in northeast Ohio for almost 30 years and continues to practice at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton.
Being trained in both modern medicine and acupuncture gives Dr. Hatcher the ability to examine a problem, make a diagnosis, and recommend treatment options from both modern medical and acupuncture perspectives.
Dr. Hatcher received his certification from the American Academy of Acupuncture Medicine in 2010 and continues to have a keen interest in Eastern healing practices. An avid reader, he is an ardent student of both Christian and Eastern philosophies.
